Maz Songerwala

Maz Songerwala holds significant experience in leadership roles within the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Applications Service Excellence at Oracle. Previously, Maz was Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Success at Palo Alto Networks. At Cisco Systems, Maz held multiple senior positions, including Head of Worldwide Advanced Services Strategy, Operations, and Product Management, as well as Senior Director of Global Enterprise Service Delivery and Advanced Services Strategy, Business Development, and Operations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and a degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
