Sanjeev Cherian

Sanjeev Cherian is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, data integration, and cloud services. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Oracle since March 2019, Sanjeev has successfully led the creation of a multi-tenant cloud-native serverless ETL offering, enhancing OCI's Lakehouse data analytics platform. Previously, during a nearly nine-year tenure at Informatica, Sanjeev held roles including Director of Development and Development Manager, where significant contributions were made to the Enterprise Data Catalog and data profiling tools. Sanjeev's career began at Evident Software as a Principal Software Engineer, followed by a role at L&T Infotech as a Software Engineer. Sanjeev holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Computer Science from MBM Engineering College Jodhpur.
