Siva Harinath

Siva Harinath is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and analytics. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Engineering for Analytics Service Excellence at Oracle since September 2024, Siva previously held multiple senior positions at Microsoft from February 2002 to March 2022, including Principal Group Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of over 100 professionals to enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform user engagement and adoption. With a strong background in program management and engineering, Siva's earlier roles involved driving the adoption of Power BI, product management for Analysis Services, and leading automated testing initiatives. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, complemented by an M. Eng. in Computer Engineering and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, alongside early career experience at IBM and Newgen.
