Rahul Jaiswal

Rahul Jaiswal began their career in 2016 as a Surveillance Engineer with Indus Towers Limited. In 2020, they joined Bharti Airtel as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Executive-Customer Service Operations at Orahi, where they are responsible for directing and coordinating with clients and their teams overseas for tech support/help desk tickets, prioritizing IT-related problems, assigning problems/tasks to a dedicated department, and handling L1 &L2 queries.

Rahul Jaiswal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from UPTU in 2014. Prior to that, they attended EWING CHRISTIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL,ALLAHABAD from 2007 to 2010.
