Previous roles include Assistant Manager of NPD & Vendor Operations Management at Rei Agro Ltd., Executive NPD & Quality Control at Orana India Pvt. Ltd., Executive in QC and Microbiology at Modern Dairies Ltd., and Biotechnologist & Assistant Microbiologist at Shree Ji Milk Food Pvt. Ltd. Monika holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology from the Institute of Foreign Trade Management and an MBA in Business Administration from Punjab Technical University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management and a degree in Bakery Technology.
