David Noe

David Noe is an experienced library and information systems professional with a robust background in Integrated Library Systems (ILS) management and data migration. Currently serving as the ILS Administrator at the Orange County Library System since January 2014, responsibilities include overseeing the administration, maintenance, and configuration of Innovative Interfaces Sierra ILS, as well as integrating it with third-party products. Prior roles include Migration Specialist at ByWater Solutions, where David managed data migration processes to Koha ILS, and Digital Services Librarian at Olin Library, Rollins College, focusing on information literacy and system integrations.
