Shane MacNeill

Shane Macneill has extensive experience as a chef, with their most recent role being the Head Chef at Orange Hospitality Limited since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Chef at SHANGHAI ME Restaurant Dubai from July 2019 to October 2021. Prior to their time in Dubai, they worked as the Head Chef at Novikov Restaurants from April 2015 to April 2019.

Shane Macneill pursued their education in the field of hospitality administration/management from 1992 to 1995 at Worcester College of Technology Hospitality Department. Shane successfully completed the program and obtained a National Diploma in Hotel Management.
