William Nurse

William Nurse is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Owner of Aster & Pine Market since October 2023, William has also held the position of Head Chef at Tatte Bakery & Cafe since February 2019. Previous roles include Chef De Cuisine at sulmona restaurant from January 2018 to February 2019, Chef de Cuisine at Strip TS from April 2016 to January 2018, and Executive Sous Chef at Worden Hall from 2015 to April 2016. William's foundational experience began as Chef de Cuisine at Metropolis Cafe from 2012 to 2015. William graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2008 with degrees in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management.
