Ivan Villanueva has been working in the culinary industry for several years, starting as an Executive Sous Chef at Edgewood Country Club from March 2016 to October 2020. Currently, Ivan holds the position of Executive Chef at Orange Lawn Tennis Club (OLTC) since October 2020.
