Seong Khong Foong

Seong Khong Foong is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the nursing home and eldercare sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Orange Valley Nursing Homes since December 2022, Seong has overseen operations in one of Singapore’s largest private nursing home networks, providing comprehensive residential nursing care across five facilities. Prior to this role, Seong was the Vice President of PBSA and Aged Care at Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited and held significant positions at Singapore Press Holdings, including General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of PBSA, along with leadership roles at Blu Inc Media and SPH Magazines, demonstrating a strong background in business development, financial management, and strategic planning.
