Pavithra Punyawardana

Pavithra Punyawardana is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience at OrangeHRM, rising through the ranks from Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer to Software QA Lead since September 2016. Prior to this, Pavithra worked as an IT Executive focused on Oracle EBS at ROCELL IT – Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC, and as a Trainee Electronics Engineer at Orel Corporation, contributing significantly to the maintenance and modification of industrial machinery. Education includes a Bachelor of Science with a joint major in Electronics and Computing & Information Systems from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, completed in 2015. Additional experience encompasses a Management Trainee position at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, where skills in management, research, and communication were enhanced. Early career involvement included a role as a Trainee Insurance Assistant at Sri Lanka Insurance.
