Daria Lyapko

Daria Lyapko has a diverse work experience in recruitment. Daria started their career as a Recruiter Intern at ARTOX in 2017, where they screened CVs on jobs.tut.by. Daria then worked as a Researcher at Сооо "Банияр" from 2018 to 2019, focusing on writing texts for vacancies, conducting active candidate searches, and maintaining a candidate database. Daria joined Paralect in 2019 and held multiple roles including Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead, and Head of Recruitment. In these positions, they were responsible for various recruitment tasks such as conducting personal competency-based interviews, coordinating candidates, and mentoring new colleagues.
