Stefan Kraaij

Stefan Kraaij is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Manager Operations at Orangeworks and previously holding the same title at Veth Propulsion by Twin Disc since June 2013, Stefan has also contributed as Manager Engineering at the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Product Specialist at IHC Sealing Solutions, focusing on the engineering and development of pump shaft seals, and a position as System Integrator/Lead Engineer at IHC Tidal Energy, where Stefan was involved in the development of a tidal turbine.
