Marc Ghosn has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Marc started their career in 1995 as an HR Manager at Amylum NV, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as an HR Manager at Schneider Electric, before becoming the HR and Internal Communication Manager at SF Gardy - Schneider Electric France subsidiary from 2003 to 2006. Marc then joined Schneider Electric as an HR Director from 2006 to 2009. Marc Ghosn then moved to Orano in 2009, where they held various roles including HR Director & Talent Management for the Mining Business Unit, HR VP for Clean Up Business Unit, HR VP for Decommissioning, Dismantling and Services Business Unit, and VP Compensation, Benefits, HR IS. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing HR activities, managing teams, and working with multiple legal entities and sites.

Marc Ghosn completed their Master 2 degree in Management and Human Resources from IGS-RH in 1994. Marc also holds a Master I degree in Economics from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II), which was completed between 1989 and 1993.
