Sakari Toivonen

Sakari Toivonen began their work experience in 1987 as Vice President of HR for the Engineered Materials Business Group at UPM. Sakari held this role for over 23 years, until August 2010. In 2014, they joined Oras Group as Vice President of Business Development and HR, and later became the VP of Human Resources. Sakari worked at Oras Group until 2016. In 2022, Sakari Toivonen was unemployed for a period of time before becoming the Executive Vice President of Administration at Rauma Marine Constructions Oy.

Sakari Toivonen obtained their MSc degree in Industrial Economics and Management from the University of Tampere between 1997 and 2003.
