Bill Dillman has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement. Bill started their career as a Materials Manager at Hill-Rom, where they were responsible for the global spend and procurement activities. Bill then joined Hill-Rom Air Shields as an Operations Manager, where they played a key role in the sale of the Air-Shields Business. After that, Bill worked at Dräger as an Operations Manager, overseeing various functions including order management, production planning, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution. Bill joined OraSure Technologies as the Director of Procurement & Logistics, and later became the Director of Supply Chain. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at OraSure Technologies, responsible for establishing and executing the supply chain strategy across multiple locations. Bill has a track record of implementing policies and procedures to improve quality, cost, delivery, and service metrics, and promoting a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
Bill Dillman received a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995.
