Jon Harden

Vice President, Project Management Office at ORBCOMM

Jon Harden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jon began their career as a Technical Manager at Sallie Mae in 1990 and worked there until 1997. Jon then joined AOL as a Senior Tech Manager in Software Development and remained with the company for 13 years until 2010. After that, they joined URS Corporation, An AECOM Company, as a Program Manager and worked there until 2015. In the same year, they briefly worked as a Program Manager at CollabraLink. Since 2015, Jon has been working at ORBCOMM, where they have held various roles including Senior Director of Program Management, Vice President of Product Development for OEM Heavy Equipment, General Manager, Vice President of Product Management, and currently as the Vice President of the Project Management Office. Jon has extensive experience in managing product development, program management, and technical support.

Jon Harden completed their Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History at William & Mary from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Jon Harden obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2010.
