Julie Spizuoco

EVP, Customer Experience at ORBCOMM

Julie Spizuoco joined ORBCOMM in 2014 and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ORBCOMM’s IoT products and services from installation to deployment to customer support, leading a team of 150 employees in six countries, who provide 365x24x7 service in six languages. She received the elite designation as a Certified Transportation Professional from the National Private Truck Council in March 2022. Ms. Spizuoco has more than 25 years of experience in the communications industry leading large, global teams to create effective business models and process improvements that drive digital transformation and building a world-class customer experience in go-to-market organizations. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Ms. Spizuoco was the Director of Network and Customer Operations at LightSquared and held several leadership positions managing the end-to-end, global operations at ClickFox, TeleTech and National CineMedia.  She also led the National Sales Support group at Sprint Nextel, where she was responsible for nearly 700 employees focused on the development and support of new customers and sales teams. Ms. Spizuoco is the Executive Sponsor for the ORBCOMM Women Connect employee resource group and also serves as the Vice Chair of Women in Technology’s nationwide Mentor-Protégé program. Julie has a B.S. in Information Systems from University of Phoenix and has completed Executive Leadership Programs with University of Maryland and Georgetown University.
