Erin Walker

Erin Walker is an experienced marketing and education professional with a strong background in customer success and email marketing. Currently serving as an Email Marketing Specialist at Orbee since November 2023, Erin focuses on deploying automated emails to meet customer needs. Previously, Erin held the roles of Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist at Improve & Grow, LLC, overseeing more than ten accounts and developing inbound marketing strategies. Erin also worked as an Account Executive at WGAL 8 Susquehanna Valley, where responsibilities included lead generation and brand awareness for advertisers. With prior experience as an Assistant Concierge Manager and Digital Account Manager at BrandYourself, and as an English teacher at Downingtown Area School District, Erin combines a solid foundation in education with specialized skills in marketing and account management.
