Dan Grosso, MBA, CMA has a diverse work experience in financial planning and analysis roles. Starting at Ford Motor Company as a Finance Supervisor, they later moved to Furniture Brands as a Manager of FP&A before joining Belden Inc. Dan held roles at Belden Inc. as Sr. Manager of FP&A and Director of Global Sales Operations. Subsequently, they worked at Dura-Line as Finance Director for US & Canada and Director of Global FP&A. Currently, Dan is employed at Orbia where they have held roles such as Director of FP&A for Global Datacom Group, Sr. Director of Corporate FP&A, and Vice President of Financial Reporting and Analysis. Their responsibilities have included sales reporting, financial analysis, and target setting for global teams.
Dan Grosso holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration - Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, class of 2000. Dan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2007. In 2015-2016, Dan completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online in 2018.
