Steph Deruyck

Steph DeRuyck has a strong background in IT leadership, with extensive experience in companies such as Orbia, Cargill, and Target. Steph has held roles such as Vice President of Global Infrastructure, Global IT Leader, IT Senior Group Manager, and Technology Leader. In these positions, they have demonstrated expertise in setting digital business systems strategy, executing on core modernization and digital innovation, and managing application support teams.

Steph DeRuyck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University. In 2004, Steph obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Target, followed by a certification from INSEAD in 2020.
