Crystal Burris

Crystal Burris has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Crystal started working at ITT Technical Institute Online Division in 2009 as a Quality & Service Compliance Analyst. Crystal then joined Orbis Education in 2016, where they held various roles. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, Crystal reviewed and monitored calls, identified quality trends, and ensured compliance requirements were met. Crystal then became the SR. Admissions Quality Manager, where they focused on increasing conversion rates. In 2019, they became the Director of Fieldwork Placement Operations, leading a team and improving student placement strategies. Currently, Crystal is the Director of Quality and Compliance at Orbis Education, responsible for ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

Crystal Burris attended Lockyear Business College from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management.
