James Obeso has a diverse work experience in various roles within the gaming and virtual reality industry. James started their career as an Event Manager at USF GameDev Club, where they organized meetings and presented topics related to Unity and branching narratives. James then worked as a VR Game Developer at Resilience, Inc. - Social Emotional Learning Programs, where they utilized Unity3D's XR tools to create immersive virtual reality experiences and programmed UI, events, puzzles, and encounters using C#. James also had the role of a Narrative Designer at Tales, where they leveraged a scripting application to write interactive stories and collaborated with content editors to improve the quality of each episode. Currently, they are working as a Unity Extended Reality Developer at Orbis Education, where they collaborate with a team to develop simulations for HoloLens 2 using C# and Microsoft's Mixed Reality Toolkit SDK in Unity.

James Obeso completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Front End Web Development at the University of South Florida. James attended the university from 2017 to 2021.
