Rachael Egglesfield Olson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Rachael started their career as a Registered Nurse at Trinity Health MI in July 2016 and worked in that role until July 2017. Rachael then joined Henry Ford Health in September 2017 as a Registered Nurse and continued in that role until June 2018. Following this, Rachael worked at Michigan Medicine as a Registered Nurse at the Von Voigtlander Women's Hospital, specializing in LDRP & OR, from June 2018 to September 2020. Currently, they are employed at Orbis Education as a Clinical Lab Instructor starting in September 2020.

Rachael Egglesfield Olson's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in 2009. Rachael then pursued further education and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing from Schoolcraft College in 2016. In 2018, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing from Oakland University.
