Sugandha Midha

Sugandha Midha has a diverse work experience in the field of monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Sugandha started their career as a Research Assistant in Monitoring and Evaluation at UNDP in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Team Lead in Monitoring and Evaluation at UNICEF and also served as a Consultant for Evaluation at the International Rescue Committee.

From 2011 to 2015, Sugandha worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Orbis International. Sugandha then progressed to become a Senior Manager in Monitoring and Evaluation from 2016 to 2018. Sugandha subsequently served as the Acting Head of Project Development and Quality Assurance for a brief period in 2020.

In 2019, Sugandha assumed the role of Associate Director in Technical Monitoring and Evaluation at Orbis International. Sugandha then took on the role of Director in Technical Monitoring and Evaluation from January to June 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Orbis International.

Sugandha Midha has studied Economics at Harvard University, International and Development Economics at New York University, and Economics at Stella Maris College.
