May Rosekrans has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering field. May started their career at Lockheed Martin as an Electrical Engineer, where they designed AIT EGSE test equipment consoles and implemented CM processes. May later took on the role of Electronics Engineer Sr, supporting the TSAT Space Vehicle AIT development and test planning efforts. May then transitioned to a Cost Account Manager role, applying Earned Value methods for the Integration Verification & Test group.

In 2019, they joined Blue Canyon Technologies as a Principal Test Engineer, where they designed test programs for new CMG development product lines and drafted business development proposals. May also spearheaded the implementation of new EGSE suites to enhance production efficiency.

May continued their tenure at Blue Canyon Technologies in 2020 as a Microsat Test Lead/Manager. In this role, they recruited and led a team of test engineers and interns, developed and executed test processes for ESPA-class flight and Cubesat products, and optimized manufacturing flow for spacecraft bus integration.

Currently, May is the VP of Operations at Orbit Fab, a position they assumed in June 2022. In this role, they oversee operational aspects of the company, although the specific responsibilities and tenure are ongoing.

In 2003, they also obtained an Advanced Design & Engineering of Space Systems Certificate from Stanford University, specializing in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering.
