Esther Kitto

Esther Kitto is an experienced clinical operations professional currently serving as the VP of Clinical Operations at Resolution Therapeutics since February 2023. Previously, Esther held the position of Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Gyroscope Therapeutics from January 2019 to January 2023 and served as Interim Clinical Development Consultant at PsiOxus Therapeutics Ltd in 2018. Prior roles include Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Head of Clinical Operations at ReNeuron Group Plc from August 2014 to March 2018, and Director at BCRS Limited for over 13 years. Esther's earlier career at GSK from 1993 to 2002 encompassed roles such as Global Resourcing Head, Clinical Outsourcing Manager, and Senior Clinical Research Scientist, alongside experience as a Clinical Research Associate at Innovex from 1991 to 1993. Esther holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from The University of Manchester, a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, and completed the Executive Programme - The Leadership Programme at Henley Business School.
