Adam Pitcher

Sr. DevOps Engineer | Voice and Conversational AI for Healthcare at Orbita

Adam Pitcher has over 19 years of professional experience in the software industry. Adam began their career in 1996 as a QA Engineer and Professional Services Client & UI Developer at White Pine Software / CuSeeMe Networks. In 2001, they co-founded IVC Solutions, LLC, where they served as Principle Client/UI Developer. Adam then moved to First Virtual Communications (now Radvision) in 2002, where they served as Senior QA Engineer and QA Manager. In 2005, they joined RADVISION as QA Manager Desktop Solutions. In 2010, they worked as Senior QA Automation Engineer / Contractor at Global Relief Technologies. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Ektron, Part of the new EPiServer, in various roles including Software Engineer, SQA Manager, Scrum Coach, Automation Engineer, QA Lead, and Senior SQA Engineer. In 2020, they joined Orbita as a Senior DevOps Engineer for Voice and Conversational AI for Healthcare.

Adam Pitcher began their educational journey in 1989 at NHTI, Concord's Community College, studying Computer Information Systems. Adam then attended Franklin Pierce College for Software Development. In 2013, they enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a BS in Computer Information Tech/Software Development with a focus in Computer Software Engineering in 2015. In April 2014, they also obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
