Brian Fanny

Brian Fanny has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Brian began as a Firmware Test Engineer at Xiox Corporation in 1997, then moved to Computer Operator at Granite State CU in 1998, and QA Engineer at Zydacron Inc in 1998. In 1999, they joined Ektron and held various roles, including SQA Manager, SQA Lead, Principal SQA Engineer, Director of Quality Assurance, and Vice President of Quality Assurance and Technical Support. In 2016, they became Security and Compliance Director at Episerver, and in 2018 they became Vice President, Security & Compliance at Orbita, Inc.

Brian Fanny has a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Brian also attended Daniel Webster College for Computer Science and NH Technical College for Applied Computer Science. Brian holds certifications from EC-Council, Certification Partners (CIW), Exemplar Global, Inc., AXELOS Global Best Practice, (ISC)², CompTIA, and Project+. These certifications include Certified Incident Handler (ECIH), Certified Encryption Specialist (ECES), Web Security Specialist, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Internal Auditor, ITIL Foundation, CIW Site Development Associate, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, Network+, Security+, CompTIA A+, and Project+.
