Dorin Botan

Dorin Botan has worked in the tech industry since 2016. In that time, they have held various roles, including Software Developer Internship at TAGARNO digital camera microscopes (2016), Software Engineer and IoT Systems Engineer at GRUNDFOS (2018), Development Team Lead at IBM (2020), Summer Industrial Placement at Microsoft (2021) where they built an Azure Sphere Hardware Definition Extension for VS Code and Visual Studio, and currently Full Stack Engineer at Orbital Witness (2021).

Dorin Botan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology Engineering - Embedded Software Engineering from VIA University College between 2014-2018. Dorin then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Software Systems Engineering from UCL in 2021. Additionally, Dorin Botan obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2021.
