Anisha Tank

Anisha Tank has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Anisha is currently working as the Vice President People at Orbus Software since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead People Business Partner at the same company from March 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining Orbus Software, Anisha worked at Salary Finance as a Senior HR Manager from June 2018 to February 2022. Anisha also had a brief stint at WonderBill as an HR Manager, where they built and managed the HR function and processes.

Anisha's career in HR began at Universal Music (Sanctuary Group Plc) in 2007, where they worked as an HR Administrator. Anisha then held various HR roles at companies such as Shed Media, WTMS Ltd, EMC2 HRSSC, and EMC Computer Systems. At Pivotal, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as an HR Generalist EMEA and Senior HR Coordinator EMEA.

Throughout their career, Anisha has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, policy implementation, salary review processes, and HR administration. Anisha has also worked on strategic HR initiatives and led hiring strategies.

Anisha Tank attended the University of Westminster, Business School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BA in Management with a focus on Business Information (Human Resource Management) and Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended ADT College, although the specific years and degrees are not provided. At ADT College, they studied Business Studies, Information Communication Technology, and Religious Studies. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications, including the iServer 365 Foundation Certification from Orbus Software in May 2022 and Mental Health first aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in February 2021.
