Ashish Varandani

Ashish Varandani's work experience begins with their current role as the CEO and Founder of ORCA - Lean Digital Solutions. In this position, they lead the industry 4.0 solutions provider, helping businesses become more profitable by utilizing Lean Methods and Advanced Digital Solutions.

Prior to their current role, Ashish served as an Operating Partner at Dynamic Consulting Group. Here, they contributed their expertise in project management and operational excellence.

From 2015 to 2022, Ashish worked at Stellantis as a Senior Manager in Operational Excellence. Ashish was responsible for implementing Lean Transformation initiatives, reducing costs, and strategizing for future launches.

Before their time at Stellantis, Ashish held various positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. As a Continuous Improvement Manager and Production Manager, they played a vital role in improving processes and driving efficiency.

Ashish's career began in 2005 at PepsiCo, where they worked as a Project Engineer. Ashish then went on to gain experience at Caterpillar Inc. as a Six Sigma - Green Belt Design Engineer and at TRW Automotive as a Project Engineer specializing in Design of Experiments and Launch Analysis.

Lastly, Ashish had an internship at General Motors in 2006 as an Engineer Intern.

Through their diverse work experience, Ashish has developed a strong background in lean methodologies, operational excellence, project management, and design engineering.

Ashish Varandani received a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2007. In 2013, they attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and completed an Executive Program in Competitive Strategy. Additionally, Ashish obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2012, Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC) from ASQ - World Headquarters in March 2011, and Six Sigma Green Belt (DFSS) from Caterpillar Inc. in September 2008.
