Michal Gazit

Michal Gazit has extensive work experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations. They currently hold the position of Director of C&B and HR Operations at Orca Security since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations at Payoneer from October 2021 to June 2022, and as the Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations Manager from September 2018 to September 2021. Before joining Payoneer, they served as the HR Operations & Compensation Manager at AGT International from December 2015 to August 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Logic Industries from August 2012 to November 2015, as an Administrative Manager from December 2009 to July 2012, and as an Administrative Manager- Student Position from August 2008 to November 2009.

Michal Gazit earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Management from Tel Aviv University, studying from 2009 to 2012.
