Dr. Jörn van Halteren

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. With a rich background in education and social work, JoNataye has been an Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013 and previously held several roles, including Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University and Contributing Professor at Walden University. JoNataye's earlier positions include Project Manager and Assistant Professor at both Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University, as well as various roles at The Ohio State University. JoNataye began a career in social work as a School Social Worker in Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District, after completing clinical internships with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. JoNataye's educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies.
