Jono Jones

Jono Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jono most recently worked at ORCHA as the Chief Operating Officer, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at ORCHA from September 2021 to April 2023. Before joining ORCHA, Jono was the CTO at TLA from March 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they focused on leading technical innovation and adopting modern digital practices.

From 2016 to 2020, Jono worked at Elldanie Limited as the Director of Development and Delivery. Jono also held the position of Senior Consultant and Head of Enterprise Systems at Sogeti / Cap Gemini from October 2018 to May 2019. During this time, they led a team of developers, testers, BAs, PMs, and data engineers for a large global legal firm.

Jono also served as a Delivery Manager for Sport at the BBC from August 2012 to June 2014, where they led a team of project managers and oversaw the redevelopment of BBC Sport's technology stack.

Jono has also worked at RSA as an Application Delivery Manager, managing the delivery of software development and hardware solutions. Jono started their career as a Developer at Fugro Robertson Ltd and subsequently held roles as a Lead/Senior Systems Developer and Information Systems Development Manager at the Northwest Development Agency.

Throughout their career, Jono has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on adopting modern digital practices to drive business agility and innovation.

Jono Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing (Visualisation) from Sheffield Hallam University. Jono attended this university from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, and Physics at Ysgol John Brights from 1990 to 1997. Additionally, Jono obtained a certification as a Prince 2 Practitioner in May 2000, although the institution that provided this certification is not mentioned.
