David Alan Cole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David Alan is currently working as a Customer Success Associate at Orchard since February 2022. In February 2018, they achieved the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certification from Lynda.com. In the same month, they also completed certifications in Managing a Customer Service Team. In January 2018, they obtained a certification in Conflict Resolution and Handling Escalated Complaints, both from Lynda.com. Furthermore, in April 2021, they became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson through the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Lastly, in July 2022, they obtained the Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
