Adam Marshall

Senior Brand and Marketing Manager at Orchestral Tools

Adam Marshall has worked in various roles since 2008. Adam began as the Founder and Label Manager of New Kanada, a small, independent music label. Marshall was responsible for managing and developing the label into an internationally recognized, Juno-nominated label, as well as designing and conceiving all label and jacket artwork for all releases. In 2009, Marshall moved to Ableton, where they were a Brand Strategist & Artist Relations and part of a two-person team that initiated, planned and executed a successful large scale brand re-design in advance of a new software and hardware release campaign. Adam was directly involved in all areas of the branding process and was the main point of contact for VIP artists and management teams. In 2013, Marshall became the Creative Strategist for Generate Software Inc. where they were responsible for product design and creative production, leading the product development team and managing brand partnerships. In 2015, they began working at both 4DSOUND Spatial Technologies as a Brand Designer and Random Pattern as a Creative Lead. At 4DSOUND, Marshall was responsible for all branding and visual identity, and at Random Pattern, they provided creative direction, visual design and content production for tech-based start-ups. In 2021, Marshall began working as the Marketing Manager at Orchestral Tools.

Adam Marshall completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Advertising & Communications Design from OCAD University between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they participated in the MediaLab Incubator at the Canadian Film Center in 2002, focusing on New Media (Production and Narrative). From 1998 to 2001, they attended Trent University, studying Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis.
