Ines Lenzi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ines currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal. Prior to this, they served as the Interim COO and Director of Sales and Customer Service for the same organization. Ines also worked at Cirque Éloize as a Project Management Consultant and Interim Director of Communications. Ines has experience in managing partnerships and contracts at Cirque du Soleil, where they held positions such as Director of Partnership Management and Assistant Marketing Director. Ines also worked as a Production Assistant at Cirque du Soleil, where they managed logistics and transportation for touring teams. In their early career, they were an attorney specializing in civil litigation at Déchénes, Côté, avocats. Ines also has experience in the education sector as the Director of Operations and Development at École nationale de l'humour.

Ines Lenzi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Laval, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they attended Barreau du Québec in Quebec City for a year, from 1987 to 1988, where they earned their Diplôme du Barreau (Bar Association diploma) in Law.
