Ron Terzer has accumulated extensive experience in the insurance industry over the years. Ron'sroles have included managing multi-state corporate compliance, internal audit departments, underwriting controls, policy processing, and regulatory guidance for various insurance operations. Ron has held positions such as VP Compliance and Underwriting Controls at Orchid Insurance, Chief Underwriting Officer at Orion180 Insurance Services, and Sr. Vice President & Director at Team Focus Insurance Group / Capacity Insurance Company, amongst others. Ron'sresponsibilities have involved developing and implementing programs, products, and procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency within the companies they have worked for.

Ron Terzer attended Rider University from 1982 to 1987 where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in German, with a focus on Business Management. In addition, Ron Terzer obtained the certification of Fellow Life Management Institute.
