Clay Clayton has over a decade of experience in the medical and orthopedic solutions industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence and General Manager at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions since March 2012. Prior to this role, Clay held the position of Vice President of Operations at Sandvik Medical Solutions from February 2008 to March 2012, and served as Director of Instrument Manufacturing at Medtronic Spinal & Biologics from October 2003 to February 2008.
