Tim O'Connor

Tim O'Connor worked at ORCO Block & Hardscape from 2000 to the present. Tim held various roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager. In these roles, they provided leadership and direction in human resources, information technology, environmental and safety compliance, strategic planning, manufacturing, and sales support. Tim also championed the implementation of ERP software and developed a customer portal site that improved collections. Prior to joining ORCO, Tim worked at PepsiCo - Frito Lay from 1990 to 1999 as a Production Manager, where they had operational and financial responsibility for a snack department and contributed to product quality initiatives.

Tim O'Connor has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics. Tim also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino - College of Business and Public Administration. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt from the International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) in March 2015 and a LEED AP certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in February 2009.
