Melissa Ganchev has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Melissa also gained experience at Ingredion as a Human Resources Manager, supporting HR initiatives for the Global Innovations Group and various North America corporate employees. At MTF Biologics, they served as an HR Business Partner, providing daily HR management to a population of around 225 employees. At Catalent Pharma Solutions, they worked as a Senior HR Specialist and Interim HR Site Manager, providing HR support across multiple sites and managing various HR functions.

In addition, Melissa has held roles at RxSalesPros as an Office Manager & Recruiting Coordinator, at PrO Unlimited as a Recruiting Coordinator for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, at Core Staffing as a Recruiting Coordinator for UBS Wealth Management, and at CDG Management, LLC as an HR Coordinator.

Melissa Ganchev obtained a Master's Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended McDaniel College from 1999 to 2003 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & Chemistry. Melissa completed their high school education at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School from 1995 to 1999.
