Patricia McCarthy

Patricia McCarthy is currently a Customer Support Specialist at Order Desk. Patricia previously worked as a Condominium Administrator from June 2018 to March 2021 and as a Receptionist and Guest Relations Coordinator from June 2017 to June 2018. In their previous positions, Patricia was responsible for composing and distributing guides and memos to residents, assisting owners with building issues, collaborating with the Accounts Receivable team to create updated tracking information for ledgers and lease information, and planning and coordinating internal events. As the "Subject Matter Expert" and tester for software upgrades and bug fixes, they worked closely with the IT Department. Patricia also authored all verbiage for the Facilities Management ServiceNow platform.

Patricia McCarthy earned their High School Diploma from Shelton High School. Patricia then went on to earn their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from The Hartt School.
