Connor Desmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership. Currently a Manager at Deloitte Consulting since July 2017, Connor has progressed through various roles, including Senior Consultant and Consultant. In addition, Connor serves as the Gamification Lead for National Events at the Order of the Arrow BSA since January 2014. Previous experiences include becoming a Boston College Undergraduate Research Fellow at the Marketing Science Institute and an EY Peer Advisor at Boston College Carroll School of Management. Connor has also held positions such as Business Intelligence Intern at State Street Global Advisors and Health Data Strategy Intern at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing. Early career experience includes a role as a Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College with concentrations in Business Analytics and Marketing, and also studied at Esade in 2015.
