Jeremy Morley

Chief Geospatial Scientist at Ordnance Survey

Jeremy Morley has a strong background in geospatial science and geographic information systems. Jeremy served as the Chief Geospatial Scientist at Ordnance Survey from 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at The University of Nottingham, including Honorary Assistant Professor, Geospatial Science Theme Leader, and Deputy Director from 2009 to 2015. Jeremy also held positions at University College London as Honorary Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Geographic Information Systems from 1997 to 2009. Additionally, they were actively involved in The Association for Geographic Information (AGI), serving as the GeoCommunity Chair and Action Working Group member from 2008 to 2013.

Jeremy Morley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge from 1987 to 1990. Jeremy then pursued a Master of Science degree in Remote Sensing at UCL from 1990 to 1991.
