Rob Gooding

Rob Gooding is a Field Surveyor at Ordnance Survey since October 2020, with a background in technical roles across various industries. Prior experience includes working as a GIS Analyst at ScottishPower, contributing to offshore windfarm projects in multiple countries, and serving as a Foreign Language Teacher in renewable energy and environmental workshops in both Spain and Vietnam. A graduate Geophysicist with experience in processing marine seismic data at Geotrace Technologies Inc., Rob has also worked as a Market Analyst at Thomson Reuters, focusing on Fixed Income assets in Asian markets. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Bristol, supported by A Levels and GCSEs from Exeter College and Chulmleigh Community College, respectively.
