Julian Vera

Julian Vera is a software engineer who currently works at Ordoro. Prior to Ordoro, Julian worked as a junior software engineer at DataDock Solutions from September 2019 to September 2020. While at DataDock Solutions, Julian contributed to SaaS solutions and gained knowledge of the full software development lifecycle. Julian also co-lead API lifecycle development in an agile environment.

Prior to DataDock Solutions, Julian worked as a quantitative researcher at Hutchin Hill Capital from June 2017 to September 2017. While at Hutchin Hill Capital, Julian optimized SQL queries and Python data structures to significantly speed up ETL pipelines. Julian also improved and refactored complex code and wrote unit and integration tests.

Before working in the industry, Julian was a teaching assistant at Williams College from September 2016 to December 2016.

Julian Vera graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
