Bjarte Leknes Frøyland has had a diverse career, beginning in 2006 when they worked as a Seller for Elkjøp in the Telecommunication Department. In 2008, they worked as a Gangway Guard for Securitas, where their responsibilities included managing access control of personnel going onboard an oil rig and remaining control of people missing during an evacuation. In 2011, they worked as a Freelance Brand Consultant for Jumpin, where they established strategies for how the company should manage brand extensions and contributed to developing a social media strategy. That same year, they also worked as a Summer Intern - Communication Consultant for DHR Saga, where they developed communication concepts for clients and assisted as a copywriter on different campaigns and websites. In 2013, they worked as an Intern in the Marketing Department for GQ Magazine, where they conducted market research, improved recaps and sell sheets, and created ads for a charity auction. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Advisor and Digital Coordinator for TINE SA, where they were responsible for the brand Jarlsberg's international digital presence. In 2016, they founded BLF Holding AS and in 2017, they founded Bjarte Frøyland Markedskonsulent, where they served as a Founder and Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Marketing Manager for Favrit.

Bjarte Leknes Frøyland received a Bachelor of Marketing Communication from BI Norwegian Business School in 2010. Bjarte then attended Copenhagen Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Management of Creative Business Processes. During this time, they also participated in a Graduate Visiting Program at Columbia University in 2012.
