Oregon Food Bank
Kianna J. Angelo is the Founder and Executive Director of Living Islands, an organization dedicated to promoting women's empowerment, sustainability, and quality education for Micronesian Pacific Islanders. With extensive involvement in various initiatives, Kianna serves as a Committee Member for the Pacific Peoples' Partnership, a Health Steering Committee Member for the Oregon Health Equity Alliance, and a co-founding board member of the Oregon Pacific Islander Coalition. Additionally, Kianna represents Pacific Islanders in food security efforts with the Oregon Food Bank and holds permanent membership in the Multnomah County Pacific Islander Coalition. As a co-founder and board member of the COFA Alliance National Network, Kianna has played a crucial role in advocating for Pacific Islander social justice and successfully leading legislative efforts for community health-care inclusion in Oregon. Educational background includes foundational degrees and certifications from Portland State University, Tacoma Community College, YWCA, and others.

Oregon Food Bank works with a cooperative, statewide network of partner agencies to distribute emergency food to hungry families, helping 740,000 people who experience hunger every year.
