Spencer Masterson

Spencer Masterson has extensive experience in community organizing, food systems development, and sustainability auditing. They have worked with organizations such as Portland Fruit Tree Project, Ten Rivers Food Web, Fruticola Olmue, and Oregon Food Bank. Spencer is currently serving as the Associate Director of Partnerships & Programs - Statewide at Oregon Food Bank, where they create executive summaries of community food systems assessments and author guides for rural community food organizing. Their skills include program development, partnership building, communications, public engagement, event planning, report writing, and rural community organizing.
